On my desk today: Aimée’s silver shoes

Bonjour, lovely readers, and welcome to April! I hope this new month brings you all sorts of wonderful surprises and blessings. Today, as I sat down at my desk, I couldn’t help but feel a sense of anticipation for the days ahead.

My focus for today was on completing Aimée’s silver shoes. Last week, I spent time polishing the silver to perfection, and today, I continued the work by sewing silk straps onto the shoes to attach the delicate buckles. Additionally, I cut plush velvet linen and carefully glued it to ensure a snug and comfortable fit for Aimée’s feet, whether she’s wearing stockings or going barefoot.

I’m delighted to see how beautifully the shoes complement Aimée’s outfit, bringing it one step closer to completion. It’s moments like these, when I see my creations come to life, that remind me why I love what I do.
